One private home

Your health records shouldn’t be scattered everywhere.

Paper reports in a drawer. Readings in a spreadsheet. Appointment details in a calendar. Medication lists in notes and messages. The information matters—but the system around it is fragmented.

DiaKeep gives those records one private home on the device you already carry.

A better fit

Ditch the health spreadsheet.

Spreadsheets are great for numbers. They weren’t designed to be your personal health record.

Spreadsheets

A file you have to shape

  • Manual organization
  • Files scattered between devices

01Glucose

Record readings with context.

Log fasting, before-meal, after-meal, bedtime, exercise and other reading contexts—then see your history over time.

02Medications

Keep doses and schedules organized.

Keep medication names, doses and schedules together, with adherence tracking that helps you remember what you recorded.

03Lab results

Build your own lab history.

Record HbA1c and other laboratory values, preserve historical results and attach photos of printed reports.

04Appointments

Keep important visits together.

Organize doctor and laboratory appointments, locations and specialties, with optional mirroring to your device calendar.

05Report photos

Keep the original report with the result.

Attach photos of printed laboratory reports so the source document can stay connected to the information you recorded.

More than diabetes tracking

Not diabetic?
DiaKeep is still for you.

Your health history matters even when you’re healthy.

Keep an organized history of annual health checks, cholesterol, liver and kidney tests, routine bloodwork, appointments, medications, report photos and other personal health information—without suggesting or replacing medical interpretation.

Think of DiaKeep as a private personal health record companion that stays with you.
